Commander Amarao
I work for the Department of Interstellar Immigration. I think it's important at this point to warn you if you see a woman calling herself Haruhara Haruko that you should avoid contact with her and report the sighting immediately. Her real name is Haruha Raharu and she'll only use you as a means to achieve her end. She's selfish and manipulative. She was an investigator for the Galactic Space Patrol Brotherhood. She has pink hair, rides a Piaggio Vespa SS 180, and carries a navy blue, left-handed Rickenbacker Bass 4001S. She is to be considered armed, dangerous, and very unstable.
If you see her, please contact me at the office of Interstellar Immigration, the Foreign Embassy, or leave a message with Medical Mechanica. I am Commander Amarao, and I appreciate any help you can provide.

RP and Character History At ten years old, much like Noata, Amarao met Haruko on her quest to acquire Atomsk's power. Seeing him as potentially useful to her, she also set herself up in his house and used the affections of her uncle to spark his jealousy. Disappointed by how ineffective his N.O. was, she left because he was no further use for her. Between the bragging of his uncle, the jarring discovery that he was a high tech mannequin duplicate, and sense of inferiority that Haruko left him with; he became obsessed with tracking her down.
By the time that he was 15, he was an intern at the Department of Interstellar Immigration and their primary expert on Haruha Raharu. By the time he was 20, he had reached the rank of commander because of his determination and leadership skills. Despite the fact that he was an excellent leader, however, women have been consistently repulsed by him and his large nori eyebrows. His few moments of self confidence have been dashed and it's driven him further down the road to insanity and desire to prove himself respectable to Haruko so that he can actually respect himself.
Trying to act mature as possible, he still slips and gets wildly jealous and possessive, or indulges in far too much sugar claiming that glucose is good for the brain. It's difficult to convince him to play or enjoy himself unless it involves competition. He's a fairly calm, mellow man, but in the presence of Haruko he goes insane with rage.
